Beyond ruining the aesthetic appearance of your vehicle, rust can actually eat away at the body of your vehicle and spread to the moving parts, such as the brakes or suspension, which can have a wide range of serious effects on the amount of control you have over your vehicle, thus increasing the risk of a collision.
